The successful representation of a catastrophically injured client is not an easy task. It involves much more than picking up the telephone and settling the case. In order to maximize the recovery for the client, it is necessary not only to understand the legal issues associated with the claim but to have the experts and the resources to bring the claim to a favorable resolution.

At the Jensen Law Group, we do not handle cases outside our areas of experience. Instead, we have referral relationships with attorneys throughout the state and the country who are able to assist us with the prosecution of our clients' claims, should additional representation be necessary. It is our philosophy to make sure that our clients get not only the best recovery possible but the best representation possible. Sometimes this means referring a case to another attorney outside the firm.
