Why Choose Us?

No one expects to be hurt or to lose a loved one due to the wrongdoing of another. Sometimes, when this happens, the only avenue of recovery is the legal system. It is in this situation that people look for an attorney for the first time. Given all that is at stake, this decision needs to be the right one.

At the Jensen Law Group, we understand this. The overwhelming majority of our clients have never hired a lawyer before. They come to our office hurt, confused, overwhelmed and wondering if filing a lawsuit is the right thing to do. This is where we come in -- to help you answer the question, "What should I do?"

We believe that all of our clients deserve honest, straightforward answers. This is why we spend time evaluating each case individually and provide you with the best advice as to how to proceed. If the best course of action is to file suit, we are prepared to do so. If it is more beneficial to refer the client to someone better able to assist them with their problem, we will do so. If it means having a difficult conversation with the client explaining why we are not able to assist them, we are prepared to do that too. At the end of the day, it is our goal that each and every client have their questions answered so that they can make informed decisions about their legal remedies and can feel confident about the decision they have made and the counsel they have hired.

Here at the Jensen Law Group, we are dedicated to providing personal attention to every one of our clients. If you have made a commitment to our firm, we will make a commitment to you. We limit the number of cases that we take at any given time in order to provide each client with the individual, caring attention they deserve.

We understand that people do not budget for attorneys' fees. This is why we handle every injury case on a contingency fee basis. What this means is that unless we recover money for you in your case, you will not owe us attorneys' fees.

Your initial consultation and preliminary review of your case is free. We will not charge you to answer the question, "Do I have a case?" Contact us and we will let you know.
